-1024kb pack? Is this a mistake on the app?

I've gone to add a pack and come across as pack for '-1024kb'?!

I was looking for a pack bigger than 125gb but the £35 is for '1024kb' instead which is very odd.

Assume this is an error on the site to be corrected?

Thanks @Laura987 and @XRaySpeX. I'll flag it now to see if they can get it corrected, but it will definitely give you the unlimited data.

Hi @Laura987

Thanks for coming to the community.

That definitely isn't right, as the £35 pack would give you unlimited data.

Were you logged into your account when you saw it saying 1024KB?

Can you send me over the link to the page where you saw it?

Michael

It's a typo on page https://ee.co.uk/plans-subscriptions/mobile/packs & it's been so for ages:
