Wonderful customer service

I went to the ee store in Trowbridge and Jayden spent over an hour, very patiently, kindly and politely sorting out all the problems with my ee account. Now I can see my bills and the ee app is successfully downloaded on to my phone. I have spoken to at least 10 ee advisors in the past and none of them bothered to help me. Thank you Jayden. For the first time in years I can see my bills.
