Just wanted to thank zak or zach not sure how he spells it for his help with my replacement device. He dealt with my issue efficiently, he was friendly polite and talked me through every step. Thank you so much Zak really appreciate this your a credit to EE after having various phone calls and having the phone put down on my previously you restored my faith and gave amazing customer service I hope management recognise the gem they have. Thank you so much
