Where can I get a copy of the agreement I entered into on an upgrade/leaving phone call? I agreed terms on a share screen during g the call. Thanks for any help

You would have had the opportunity to download the documents during the session as each document was completed and showed a Download button.

You may still be able to access the link.

Otherwise you will likely need to contact Customer Services if you want to confirm the deal that you got.
