Good afternoon,

Having seen some similar posts, I wonder if someone could help me with how to compliment a member of staff.  I called customer services today with the intention of ending my contract(s) with EE but after speaking to Amanda I am now awaiting delivery of new devices.  Firstly I want to say that Amanda applied to no pressure and was willing to cancel if that’s what I wanted. She then supplied  my options in a very friendly and efficient way.  I would like Amanda’s line manager to know that she, alone, has kept me as an EE customer.
