Why do you insist on having to issue a one-time security code to access this site, when I've already used a login? Signing in to something critical like my bank account is easier, this is just a forum.

Yes it is such a chore the 10 seconds it takes to enter a code...

I only encounter this when I am using a VPN every other time it logs in with my email without the code.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

It's a chore when you're on your PC, and have to go and get your phone to see the text. It's a pointless extra layer of security. I don't use a VPN, and every time I want to come on here, I have to have a code.
