Hello,
I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but I just wanted to send a message to say that I had a phone conversation today with your Customer Service Advisor Rachel in Plymouth and she was amazing! She was very friendly and extremely helpful! She went out of her way to help me and has left me feeling very pleased to have upgraded my phone to stay with EE.
On another note though, I wanted to mention that the reason for calling was because DPD had said that my delivery had been refused. This must have been delivered to the wrong place as no one attempted delivery at my home as I'd stayed in waiting for the delivery. Because of this it had been returned to you. I received no contact from DPD regarding the delivery after the initial text of a delivery window. They also didn't let me know it had been returned to sender... I only know because I checked the tracking. I have had quite a few bad experiences with DPD now and would personally not choose to use them again, so wanted to let you know of my experience.
However, even after being furious with DPD for wasting my time and not delivering my new phone, Rachel left me feeling happy that I'd had such good customer service on your end. So thank you very much.

I'm sorry to hear that you had this problem with your delivery, but delighted to hear that Rachel was able to help you and turn the situation into a positive one.
