I have switched from BT where everything was great. I can access Sky Chanel’s but not Now TV. Now TV doesn’t recognise my email. I’ve contacted the EE technician but they can’t do anything and told me to contact Now. Now said it wasn’t their problem. Can anyone help?

If you have EETV with EE/BT and that includes a NOW membership then NOW would expect EE/BT to handle this issue.

When you say you can access Sky channels but not NOW TV, do you mean you can watch NOW channels on the BT/EE Youview box but not on NOW apps on other platforms like phone/tablets?
If thats the case, could you send an email to eetvsupport@bt.com with your billing account and the email address you expect to be linked with NOW subscriptions and we can have this checked for you.

I have tried this and will try again. I spent half an hour to 45 minutes talking on the phone to someone last night and they basically held their hands up. I’ll try again thanks.
