Now TV

I only recently realised we have now tv basic in our package.  I cannot connect my mobile device.  I had now tv years ago, I have uninstalled and reinstalled. But when I try to login with my ee email it doesn't recognise me.  Can info on what to do please ?

Have you tried requesting a password reset for your Now account and then logging in? 

If your package included Now when you were signing up the guide would have taken your email address to use for the Now logins, could you have used a different email address?

Thanks. I set up on the tv and did the reset as you suggested. All working now.
