With the old Help with its large drop-down menu of categories & topics within categories (as best I can remember) it was almost always possible to find what you were looking for almost fairly immediately. Now it's often not obvious or even possible to do so & one has to resort to Search which is not particularly good & does not always find what's asked of it.
It's early days but examples of what I've had difficulty with so far are:
- EE PAYG Price Guides (raised in an earlier topic) cannot be found directly. In old Help they were to be found under Help > Billing & Usage > Understanding your Bill > Calls, texts and data charges > PAYG Price Plans .
- EE BB Price Guide similarly.
- PAYG Packs are not defined anywhere. In old Help they were to be found under Help > Billing & Usage > Your Usage > What are PAYG Packs?
- While I'm at it, the Roam Abroad Pass description is contradictory as to cost. It starts by saying it costs £15 per month but If you cancel during your monthly billing period you’ll be charged only £10 for the full month, not just for the days you had the pass.
