Need to replace my old iphone se - in ee contract, no upgrade allowed

I need to replace my iphone se. I have two months until i can upgrade. But no phone is working for me. My iphone se battery has drained, and cannot charge. Maybe i can pay off the two months and get another se (2020 version)?
