You can ring customer service and once given the options press 2 and you should be able to speak to someone.

As @Schockwave mentioned, when you ring on 150 it should initially mention our visual service, but you can bypass this by selecting 2 and it will give you the regular phone menu.

Have you checked the breakdown of your bill, otherwise you will have to speak to customer service, which this is not.

The guide is a Bot, it does not solve my issue, and no one has called me back. It is very frustrating.

@GriffithsG2201 , not true, I have rung and got through to someone without speaking to a bot, choose the one for mobile and then 2 and you should be able to speak to someone, many have done this, not sure what you are pressing and how you are ringing them.

Thank you Schockwave...I am pressing 2 and selecting broadband for my home. My phone is ok..So do I still choose phone>?
