Have just transferred to EE and included the digital home phone. Requested my existing number be ported over, but it appears I have been allocated a new number. How do I go about getting my original number transferred? Have just tried to speak to EE, but have been cut off.

Hi @PhilBull, sorry your number was not moved over for you. Please give us a call on 0330 123 1105 and ask for a renumber to port your number over.
