Help with calls

Hi, please could someone help?? My phone is not ringing and people are calling even though nothing comes through then EE leave a message to say someone called but it doesn't show in my recent calls?? Only happening with certain people calling, I can make outgoing calls. Do not disturb mode is off aswell and coverage is fine!

This behaviour is consistent with either a DND being set, an unconditional "divert all calls" being active, or specific callers having been blocked.

Test with the specific callers, calling with a withheld number and also with caller-ID being sent.

Is there a difference in behaviour?
