Help to change DOB

Hello, I have a problem I can't verify my ID I think because I registered with a wrong  date of birth I've put 14th instead 15th someone can help me? 

Otherwise I'm waiting for a phone contract, they delivered only the sim card but the phone not yet

They didn't delivered yet because I didn't verified the ID ? Or is another problem?

Welcome to the community,

You will have to speak to customer services to get the date changed, which you can do by ringing them up and pressing option 2 to get through to one of the guides, or go to an EE high street store with photo ID and do it there.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

About the phone why they didn't delivered you know where is the problem? I'm waiting from 31st May..and just yesterday they delivered the sim card, also I didn't received any confirmation email about tracking number, I've already paid 30£ for the phone contract but still nothing..

What should I do?

I'd recommend reaching out to our customer services team, they will be able to check your order to get an update on this for you.

If your date of birth is incorrect and your account has been active for over three months, our retail store can update your date of birth. You will need a valid passport or UK driving license. 

Alternatively, you can provide proof of your correct date of birth by sending a copy of your birth certificate, driver's licence, or a passport to our customer admin team along with a covering letter that includes your name, mobile number, account number and address to:
