discontinued. And she gave me link to this chat help screen, so why would Start Conversation not appear ever during these hours after refreshing screen:Message one of our experts online. A 'Start conversation' button will appear in a few moments during opening hours We're open 8am to 10.30pm every day?
(The Ask the Community feature on EE is offered to get support as an alternative to calling EE)

@HollowayRoad : "Ask the Community" is not really official, is it? It's fellow users opinions & knowledge. You couldn't really hold EE to it as you should be able to do with EE's Live Chat (via Help on on the the EE app). No, this is just a Community of users, just as many firms have, & it cannot address specific a/c queries.
The Start Conversation on each forum knows no hours. It is always available.
