Still no help from EE. Still paying for a iPhone 16 pro that I didn’t receive and have been told by the ombudsman that they have tracked the phone and it’s got a Ukrainian SIM card in it. But EE still can’t do anything about it

The best advice that we can give, is to continue with our complaints process.
If after opening your complaint with us we have not resolved your complaint within eight weeks or you are unhappy with our response, you may refer your complaint, free of charge, for independent review by an Ombudsman. The Ombudsman will then be able to advise your further.

If you have spoken to EE and complained and you're still not happy then you need to speak to citizens advice about what can be done further https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/
There is no account access on these forums and nobody knows your case details.

I can't help but think there's more to this than the op is telling us (3rd new thread from them on it since dec) surely if it was a fake delivered in error it wouldn't get to the ombidsman
