Good afternoon,
Having just transferred my bt hub and mobile from bt to EE I had a billing question and called the EE helpline.
i spoke to Ayelsha ( hopefully my spelling is correct ) who dealt with my query in a ver prompt and professional way, I was transferred to BT to complete my query satisfactorily , the EE agent had the wonderful initiative to call me back to see if my query was dealt with and if she could help with anything else. This goes well beyond excellent service, I told her that she deserved a gold star😊
