@Justice4Holly  EE doesn’t know what bank account anyone has unless they are provided that information.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Customer service are **bleep** and no help whatsoever

I'm sorry to hear you and Holly are unhappy with our service.
