EE job application, but no response

I applied for a retail advisor role, and was given an online interview to perform. After completing this interview I was emailed that I would get a response in the next few days. It’s been almost 2 weeks with no response. I would like to know the update regarding this, as It’s unprofessional leaving someone to second-guess their position and being left with false-hope. If I could get some assistance, it would be great.

When you log in to the careers page what status does your application show?

I would recommend completing this online form for someone to get in touch.

Thank you.”

In regards to my status, there’s no option to check. If you could please help it would be great thanks.

I'd recommend completing the form that was linked in my previous post. 

The team should be able to chase this for you.

Hi Katie,

I am having the same problem, I had an interview on the 16th and haven’t heard anything back, this was a face to face interview. My status shows “interview complete” however I have not received any update , I have tried contacting recruitment and it has been days.

I completed the online interview on the 29/08/2024 and completed the online form few days ago , can’t remember the date , apologises.
