@Laney60 : No, this is not CS but a discussion group amongst peer users. You need to phone CS to discuss upgrading your plan or you can do yourself from within your MyEE.

Although if you mean having more storage space on your phone, then this can be done by either external media such as an SD card, or by purchasing a new phone. Generally Android devices support external storage.
