Question.

How to move to SKY from EE as can not log into my account to end it.

Don’t mind paying for this .

But the nightmare would end.

please don’t tell me to phone 150.

As this is a road I have been down to sort my account out.

@Woody111 ISP, Internet Service Provider, sky would not be the right place for you to go!

Good afternoon @Woody111.

I can see you've posted multiple threads around the same general topic recently, so I've merged these together.

Please try to keep your discussions to one place, as that way we have a clearer picture of everything that has been happening.

Whilst I can appreciate it's important to be able to view your account and bills online, you've highlighted yourself that you have spoken with our team about this, and we're actively working towards a resolution.

We'll always aim to get things sorted out as soon as possible, but occasionally fixes can take longer than expected, and we'll always aim to keep you in the loop whilst investigations are ongoing.

As others have mentioned in the past, if you remain unhappy the best option will be to follow our complaints process, as outlined in our code of practice here

If you remain unhappy with the resolution offered by our team, we'll issue you with a deadlock letter so you can pursue the option of independent review via the Ombudsman from there.

We would always implore you to let us work with you to get things resolved before then, though.

Peter
