Changes to inclusive extras

No more roaming option which covers Europe and ROW. I am travelling in New Zealand and EE just cut off my data and switched me to a Europe only roaming plan. I am paying £97 a month specifically as I wanted worldwide roaming included, now I don’t have it and can’t change my inclusive extra despite multiple attempts. Left with no choice other than to buy the bolt on. I am so looking forward to my contract ending so I can switch provider.

You may need to contact EE to get them to change the Inclusive Extra selection for you if you don't have the option to do it in the app.

Obviously. However the help desk closed just before the change was implemented

Forgive me for wanting to help in response to your post on a community forum.

Was simply pointing out the fact that someone in the previous thread had a similar issue and was able to sort it by calling and they changed it to the Roaming Pass ROW while on the call.

The change was announced from the 4th December, and there was always going to be some point where they had to cut it off and fully implement the change to the new Extras.

There's now an EU Roaming Pass and an expanded list of destinations on the Roaming Pass ROW Inclusive Extra, you can swap between them every 30 days on older All Rounder and Full Works plans (taken before 29th August 2024).

New Full Works plans (after 29th August 2024) get both included in the plan without needing to swap around, separately to your single higher-value Inclusive Extra choice.
