Hi, does anyone know if I can cancel my plan but then carry on just paying for my device? So I can move elsewhere.

Hi @LGS10
If you're on a Flex Pay agreement (Separate Direct Debit payments for plan and device) and you cancel after the 24 month commitment period, but before your 36 device payments are complete, you can continue to make payments for your device until the agreement naturally ends.
However, if you're still within the 24 month plan minimum term and you cancel the plan, you may be charged early termination fees for the plan, and you’ll have to pay off the remaining Flex Pay balance in full.

If you're on a Subsidy style contract plan (one single payment for both), it's not possible to separate the device and plan cost. Cancelling early will have an early termination fee for the remainder.
