Unfortunately, I see no other means but to make this a public ordeal, due to the willingness of EE to seemingly belittle a member autistic community (who just happens to be a victim of a plethora of abuses both physical and mental throughout my life, provable should the need arise...) also i have disclosed my hernia surgery may need to be brought forward due to the stress of this treatment and ordeal seemingly not caring about my predicament proceeding to mislead me all the way up to management level, without recourse.... I suggest you, To whom this may concern treat this matter seriously, as alluded to in our abundance of correspondence, I'm looking to take this further, I have attempted to capitulate which is a challenge given the fact this has gone one this far... so far I'm down £1,252.46 due to EE inability to amend the collection address that I may add they reassured me twice they had, turns out that was a lie as acknowledged by the subsequent phone calls... this team leader said they were going to keep this case open to ensure prompt closure... quite literally seconds after the call they closed the case... i sent the phone in as agreed (and i should add my main intention having both called twice and attempted to hand it into the store ! All to be told all is in order, Which course aforementioned was never the case) turns out ee sent an email acknowledging the receiving of said device... turns out they can't find it... to be clear my main qualm is not the money, its the derogatory, misleading, and physical toll this has taken on myself, unfortunately, due to the inability for anyone on the phone being able to stick to any kind of commitment, I have been forced to make this a public matter, to bring this into public discourse, where I'm hoping, any form of prompt accountability and resolution can be realized, should this continue to not be taken seriously, the correspondences will be released as an open source asset (with the identities of which the phonecalls protected and respected in a manner my lawyer determines as satisfactory, and in keeping with gdpr prerequisites)... please dont take this as a derect threat or any form of intimidation against any persons or EE, this writen by a special needs person who has dificulty comunicating... i suggest someone of actual senior credentials make contact, i know this is highly dependent on the personal narratives of the operator as so far I've been told many contradictory escalation routs...
to be clear to the public, this is not me being petty or seeking sympathy, despite my situation I have done very well for myself and those whom I employ and lease within multiple industry sectors, my aim is for discreet persecution, to be quashed, as I have done with my abusers int he past and going forward.

I presume the importance of this matter is a moot point at EE? still no communication, in keeping with EE's inability to commit to communications, ironic given the sector...

@Christopher_G Still no communication... its almost 24 hrs heck we have gone past the promised 74 hr communication I was on Monday... not looking too good

Let be clear, the manager as of the 10th of May... has made no attempt to lease with me at all, so let's keep this accurate... besides as per my phone call yesterday afternoon i was for sure supposed to be getting a call today... i can provide that clip if needs be ?
