I came into the store today at the Bridgend branch to purchase a cheap phone and pay as you go sim card as my mother had been on a car accident and was damaged, the support and service I received of Bilal and Bethanu was exceptional and they honestly went above and beyond. As the even was only yesterday I began to come upset and Bilal sat me down and reassured me and supported me while I apologised to which he replied please don’t apologise there’s no need. I was given a glass of water and some tissues. I would like to say a massive humongous thank you and honestly your kindness and care has made me feel so much better and I also got the sim I needed so thank you to much !!!! ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️

I hope your Mum is alright after the car accident and no one was hurt, this would be very upsetting for you too and I am sending well wishes to everyone.
