I have had network issues for over a year but because I work from home I didnt complain about the network for several months and that was with Tesco, so I decided I had enough and went with EE.

so same problem ,this lovely chap Geoff in west Quay Shopping Centre went over and above to sort my problem out ,I can’t believe after a year of stress and he sorted it within 15 minutes. He really needs recognition for this ,so many people just are not bothered about finding the root of the problem and send you packing , Geoff was determined to sort it and he did ! Well done Geoff👏👏👏

Hi Chris 

yes it was a data SIM card that had been put in by Tesco ,not a mobile data sim so I couldn’t make or receive calls and I decided that Tesco was not being helpful saying it was my area I even opened a ombudsman case up as no one did any checks until I went over to EE and had the same problem.

Geoff was determined to fix it . Asset to your company .
