Ee app says I'm not the account holder. When I set up the acct I pay the bill and my number is the prime number on the acct how do I change this please

You have not set up your account correctly.
You can speak to EE CS on 150 or log into your online account - manage- mobile settings- manage numbers. Change user to Bill payer.
