Is this on your landline, because I am in the same position as you. We cannot retrieve our voicemails either. I thought it was just my BT Digital Voice handset

Yes, we have a BT Digital Voice landline and the tech people have just done a factory reset but still doesn't allow me to retrieve voicemail through 1571. Very annoying as both my husband and I work full time and my mum has Alzheimer's

I understand how important the voicemail is for you, if you could get back in touch with our technical team and let them know the reset didn't work they will see what is needed next to get this up and running 🙂
