Hi,

I am new to forum.

Just joined  EE today, from another supplier, have  new router with cables and home phone adaptor. 

Transfer and set up so far very clean, and straight forward, apart from not receiving phone calls. Am I supposed to do anything?

All phones were working fine with other landline supplier, but those that now try to ring me get dial tone , but don't get through.

Aqua light on router, green on home phone adaptor. Steady light, no flashing.

Any thoughts?

Yes  will try things when you advise me

No dial  tone 

No not up and running still not working on landline

Still not working

Need to speck to some 1 to get my problem solved pls
