Please help - do you know how much an 0371 call costs for EE customers?

Any number beginning with 03 is a landline-rate call exactly the same as any number beginning 01 or 02, this is intentional.

Charges are the same for 01, 02 & 03 calls. Check the second link posted by Jim.

@RL63 You should find the info all here in the help link below. As you posted in the Home section then did it for the Home Phone only.

Depends on which phone tariff you're on but it will be the same as ordinary 01 and 02 numbers. Except for Pay per Call they will be inclusive / free.
