Switch from BT to EE,

My contract with bt ended and I was persuaded to go EE full fibre, all works completed everything fine then the next day my digivoice completely dead, so left with broadband working but lost landline, phoning EE said I need an EE hub to connect me to land line ? Now very worried reading about EE hubs, wonder if I can keep my bt hub and just say goodbye to landline, I must of spent hours on EE never much help

@Margo26 : When you moved your BB to EE did you move your landline with it? If so,  If you have the BT Smart Hub 2 you may continue to use that & plug your landline phone into the back of that.

@Margo26 If you no longer wish to have your landline phone, best call EE and cancel it, there is still a monthly charge against having the landline phone on a EE System. would be helpful if you said what BT/EE Hub you have currently connected also.
