I think its something to do with either call features/alarm/accessibility or settings. Anyone with any ideas please.

No its not a new service. I've had these 4 digital voice phones for over eighteen months now and at the moment cant make out going calls as it says its call barred from making those calls. But I can receive calls on the phones. It is a little bit frustrating at the moment.
