Received 3 new HD handsets from EE to replace my old phones. Set up and synced the phones to my smart hub and annoyingly I can only change the ringtone on handset 1, the other 2 phones keep showing “Error, not currently available.” Even when I attempt to change the ringtone on handset 1 it still defaults to the same ringtone. I’m not sure why this is, any HELP would be gratefully appreciated..👍

Can't remember when it was but a little time ago the different ringtones started working by thenselves and yes you can change/add them.
