Two phone adapters!

Moving to EE from Plusnet and have this week received the router and TWO phone adapters. I tried ringing EE to tell them, but there was a 45 minute wait to talk to a human. Shall I just squirrel the extra one away for a rainy day ?

@Dragoon Do plug it in, get it connected to the EE Hub you are using though and test they are both working before you put one away for safe keeping. Any issues you come across PLUG the phone into the back off the EE Hub, not everything works correctly through the DVA connections!

Everything you need is here, saw you replied while i was out getting the link for you!

@Dragoon , I would suggest keeping it in case you need it, as a replacement, as long as EE do not require it back, why waste time ringing up about it, at least if one does not work, you always have a spare.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Cheers! Stilll navigating my way through the World Of EE!
