On 19 Nov engineer switched my landline from BT to EE but now my landline won't accept incoming calls, and the buttons on my handset won't register options. Contacted EE and was told that switch over would be complete yesterday but situation is still the same. Any suggestions on how to proceed?

I got thro and was told it was a bridge case and basically there was a block in the admin system which would be sorted out in another 72 hours at most.  I had phoned up that number last night around midnight and talked to someone this morning after texting GUIDE but was dropped on one Android phone and had to make contact again on a simple mobile when we got to the bottom of things.  Does not inspire one with confidence when in the end we will be without a phone for up to 10 days when told it would be seamless!

@Lemhogs Not sure that there is any phone on a FTTP Digital service you can say is going to be an out and out winner, there is just too much going on! Good you got to the bottom of it and hope it all keeps working, the three text HELP, PHONE and GUIDE keep things moving along a little but there can be oops with that also along the way!
