@paultursner You can try if you wish, many have lived with the issue for a long time now, and it is unfortunate that it is not a clear and proven fact as yet, going backwards to an BT Smarthub2 as reported by @WillKirk if you wish to read the post, the BT router is good but then there is the app etc and operation to consider apart from the DV side, going up to the new EE Pro wifi7 router with no one confirming yet operational will be a more difficult ask to EE.
