Abusive message.

We are getting abusive messages on our Landline via BT messaging. We know who’s it’s from but it’s impossible to make contact with him. It’s just a BT electronic voice talking. How do we stop it.

@OldMerc Depending on the service that you have take a look at the link, call barring would be best.

Thanks Jim, I’ve tried that, followed the instructions but can’t find digital home phone or call baring. You just go round and round in circles.🤯  I suppose the only way is to phone BT?
