When I took out EEs home phone I stated I wanted to transfer my old number from Sky and they said they had put that through and it should be sorted, However, looking at the app it id showing a completely different number

You will have to speak to customer service about this, we have no idea who you are and no account access, and as this is account related, they are the only ones who can sort this for you.

@SatSB Take it you have now transferred your services from your old ISP, you can just dial from the home phone to your mobile and see what number is displayed.
