I have tried to access the Managing subscriptions but i get a message saying it isnt working. I tried logging in the App but it says i need a 6 digit passcode but the text message does not arrive even after e=requesting a resend, The phone number is correct. When i try to phone them its always busy. EE's customer service is abysmal.

I have tried to lod on to my "My EE" account but it says i need a 6 digit passcode which will be sent by text. But no text is received i asked to resend but nothing comes through. The phone number shown is correct why do i not get the promissed text message?

Have you tried resetting your password online to then access the EE app?
