I have recently upgraded to smart hub pro but my landline doesn’t work with the new hub. I’ve plugged the phone care into the phone port and the phones power source is fine. It worked perfectly with my previous router

@Tim291 Have you checked that EE has transferred the DV service onto and matching the Pro Router, and that the phone service has NOT been dropped off the package by mistake, can sometimes take 24hrs for the changeover to be applied!
Since you are on the Pro Router you are 100% fully digital as that is all the Pro can handle, so if you have moved lock/stock and barrel to Full Fibre connection just give it 24-48hrs, BUT NO longer than that for sure!
The text if it goes through from your mobile is PHONE to 66033 that gives EE the prompt to go test and see what is going on with the landline testing, if the check all passes, expect text back, or a call back from a EE/BT Guide!
