Interrupted Dial Tone

For the past week  or so, I am getting interrupted dial tone. Three tones then nothing. There are no voicemail messages (1571). I have tried two different phones, unplugged and plugged the wifi adapter, plugged the phone directly into the hub, initiated call from phone - successful, called the phone from another phone - successful, rebooted SmartHub, re-paired phone wifi adapter. Nothing makes any difference. Hub manager is showing "In Use", even though the phone is not in use. Any suggestions please?

I tried that several times. There are no messages as my phone captures them before voicemail kicks in.

Not if you're on the phone when someone calls & leaves a msg.

Still no messages on 1571

Well, I made my suggestion when you had only a bland non-Q in the Subject heading with no explanation. 15 mins later you added all that stuff about what was actually happening.

Ok dial tone got fixed with a call divert reset which I never set anyway and/or reset button on hub. Thanks to nice lady who called me from Manchester. Now dialtone is correct but just has a buzzing sound which kicks in after about 3 seconds. The buzz is only on dialtone via the wireless adapter and not with a direct plug in to back of hub. The buzz is not there on a call. Maybe a different hub wifi issue.
