Does EE offer any plans which give inclusive calls from a home phone. If so how can I subscribe to it?

Thanks for all your help.
Whilst searching the EE webite I found this page
When I tried to sign up to the 700mins inclusive plan I was told by the customer service guy that this was not an option and had not been for ages, but if you look at the URL and also the page its self you will see that it is dated 7th June 2024, just a week ago.
In the end I signed up to the option mentioned by XraySpex which cost around £14 not the £19 mentiond and also written in the article.
It seems to me that EE needs to get their act together.
Thanks to you guys that offered me some help
