I've been scammed by someone saying he's from the BT Fraud team, but the question is, how do I cancel the Home phone service, and will I incur exit fees, because if I do incur exit fees for the Digital Home phone then I'll just unplug it from the mains as well as the old Dect phones connected to the Smart Hub via the green socket.
Any help would be great thanks.👍
