New customer and broadband not working

Hi all, I swapped my full fibre broadband today from sky 150 to EE 300. Activation day today, plugged EE router in this morning, started working perfectly, no problems. Went to work, came home around lunch time to no BB connection. The LAN light on the ONT not flashing. What's going on. Not a great experience for a new customer. Solid green light on the hub. Tried different ethernet cables. Everything is correct with the setup.

@Crossy84 Where you informed by EE that the activation was now complete, and to switch over the devices, Green on the router you are not authenticated to EE, activation is also anytime up to midnight as per all ISP's. Also try the off router and the ONT for 30 mins, ont on first all green lights up, takes 2-3 mins, once up then router on, it takes 3-5 mins to establish the complete online!

This might be useful to people…  As far as an Openreach ONT goes:

POWER LIGHT:  Steady green is normal; flashing is f/ware update.

PON LIGHT:  Steady green...normal; flashing green....most likely connected but not authenticating, (an account problem, serial number mismatch etc.)  (NB This could also be a whole range of other problems but authentication errors are most common); red light....no logical connection, i.e. fibre is lit but no sync.

LAN or PORT LIGHT:  Green means a connection to the router; flashing is it passing data.

ALARM or LOS LIGHT:  Unlit...normal; red light...loss of physical connection, i.e. unlit/broken fibre, equipment failure.  Power cut at the other end etc.
