Since changing my BT router to an EE one, I can no longer save the ring tone on my handset, I enjoyed a nice classical music clip which I can still select however it does not keep this when I use it

very frustrating

Thanks all for the quick responses, if nothing else at least there is a friendly knowledgeable community here, sometimes that can outweigh what may at the end of the day be minor niggles

@ShorehamNICK The BT Smarthub2 is a VERY capable router, although not to the latest spec's who cares, it does a good job, functions well, you will get the USB control back, phone should work ok, may need a little EE push for that, but you need to wait see when you put it back on, IF a router needs to go back, and you are happy the BT is good, then it's just a matter of informing EE that there PLUS is winging it's way back instead of the BT, it is just all a lot of faffing about now swapping back and forward, patience is going to be required so take a deep breath and steady for the task...
