@Bigbadbaz2 Did the help link from above not work? BT Link will also get you the phone user manuals, you wont find anything on the EE site, as far as i know.
@Bigbadbaz2 DV features all depend on the ability of the phone handset that you are using, if your model does only some of the features then that is all you will have, the app is not designed as a phone, it is there to give control and some settings. Whatever your traditional handset does, you will need to look at its manual to see if it possibly supports some features but there is absolutely no guarantee that they will even work. The link advises what can be done with the new advanced digital phones from BT/EE.
