Changed from BT to Ee and have a longstanding issue with home phone. I connect my wireless BT digital phone to hub no problem. Works fine for a few days but then when I ring out or someone rings me I can’t hear them and they can’t hear me. The phone shows normal and operational on the hub app. In order to sort this I have to keep restarting the hub to get a normal service. Ee totally hopeless as they say it shows it as working normally on the hub. Any clues or help please.

@VanGogh Like everyone else just wait it out, fix is on the way although 1 year latter, when it working it's working, and when it's not then it's working according to the system check's. Few long term poster's now quite optimistic that the end is near, read the post's and you will see.
