Digital home phone

I have just returned to EE my broadband started on 17th march my home phone was to start the same day, it is now 4 days later and still no phone after many phone calls i am now being told it could be another 3 days. i have checked through the EE app and all orders have been completed, can anyone tell me what is happening.

all sorted, spoke to a lady from EE tech (Matika) who was very helpful along with her manager and a gentleman sorry cant remember his name after about 3 Hours sorted out the problem.
