Contacts to Home Phone address book

Can you copy iPhone contacts to AddressBook on home phone?  Is this possible?

All help great fully received.  Is there a user guide for this phone?

@Bazzah   Hi, I don't beleive there is a way to transfer contacts from an iPhone to your home phone.
